Since graduating in 2015, she has navigated diverse healthcare environments, from her precise role with the BC Eye Bank as an eye enucleation technician to her compassionate involvement in the MAiD program. Now, as a travel nurse, Carol spreads her infectious enthusiasm and expertise in multiple emergency departments throughout Ontario and British Columbia.
Throughout her career, Carol has worked in medical and surgical units as a float nurse and with naval cadets, continually honing her skills in effective communication and crisis management. Her humor and resilience make her a beacon of light in the sometimes-intimidating world of healthcare.
Adventurous at heart, Carol doesn't shy away from discomfort—she embraces it. Her experiences, whether cruising Canada's back roads on her motorcycle, skydiving, sailing the seas, or writing her first book, highlight her love for pushing her boundaries. At Tony Robbins' "Unleash the Power Within" conference, she walked on fire, showcasing her commitment to personal growth. This same fearless spirit finds fulfillment in the trauma room, a place where her heart thrives amidst the energy and urgency.

Away from her professional adventures, Carol cherishes moments with friends around campfires, relishes the tranquility of the water, and treasures every opportunity to connect and inspire. Her compassion and zest for life make her presence both comforting and motivating, in the ER and beyond.
