We understand that unexpected situations arise and plans can change.

To ensure fairness to all participants and allow sufficient time to fill available course seats, the following policy applies to all training courses offered by Clear Foundations.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

•More than 14 days before the course date: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.

•14 days or less before the course date: 50% refund.

•Day-of cancellations or no-shows: No refund.

 

Course Transfers

Participants may transfer to another available course date for a $10 administrative fee, provided the request is received before the scheduled course start time.

 

Late Arrivals

Due to Heart & Stroke attendance and certification requirements, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled course start time may be unable to attend and may be considered a no-show.

 

Course Cancellations by Clear Foundations

In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled or rescheduled by Clear Foundations, participants will be offered the choice of:

•A full refund, or

•Transfer to another available course date at no additional cost.
